Wedding Terms and Conditions

We understand when booking our wedding at the Sue White Photography website that the price is locked in at the date of booking.
Paying the 10% deposit locks in an booking at the time it is placed at the price it was advertised for sale at the given time. This 10% deposit constitutes a bookin that may include any of the wedding photography packages and products on the Sue White Photography website.
It is understood that all images remain the property of Sue White Photography and they may be used for advertising, display both physically or digitally in any form. The use will be for any reasonable purpose that Sue White Photography deems necessary for the marketing of the Sue White Photography business.
We hereby assign the copyright of all photographs taken by Sue White Photography to Susan White and Avtext PTY LTD ABN 88 116 839 037 trading as Sue White Photography.
Title to all goods sold, both physical and digital, shall remain the property of the Sue White Photography until such time as the funds due from the customer are paid in full. This includes payment for any and all wedding packages.
Payment of wedding packages needs to be 100% complete 4-weeks prior to the wedding date. No extensions will be given and failure to pay in full prior to the date will result in the customer forfeiting their deposit any any funds that may have already been paid.
We acknowledge that we must pay in full in order for the services to be rendered on the given date of the wedding.
Payment for all services is 100% in advance and not collected in arrears and no deviation from this policy is possible.
Should any payment be in default the customer acknowledges that he/she will be responsible for all costs incurred in recovery of any amount unpaid by the date and further will pay all commissions, professional fees whether solicitors, client, party to party, agents on any recoveries necessarily incurred in recovery of any amounts in default and further acknowledges that all costs will be treated as a liquidated debt and agrees to be bound by these conditions.
All care and diligence will be exercised in the performance of the above photography assignment and that any liability is limited to funds paid should mechanical failure, theft, accident, or any other mishap occurred which prevents the fulfilment of this agreement as it relates to any of our wedding photography packages.
Upon agreeing to these terms and conditions there will be a photographer assigned to your given date. For this reason all payments made to Sue White Photography are non-refundable.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are agreeing that Sue White Photography is hereby retained as the sole and exclusive photographer to perform services requested on the given date.
You as the client shall take all necessary steps to ensure that this provision is enforced on the given date.
The 10% booking fee for the wedding photography services needs to be paid and at the same time as paying that you are authorising and agreeing to the terms and conditions of this agreement. The balance of the agreed coverage be payable at the time set out in accordance with this agreement.
You as the client, agree to advise the hire cars suppliers, caterers’ and videographer’s of our wedding day schedule.
You also acknowledge that this is your responsibility, and Sue White Photography accepts no responsibility, for communication with other wedding suppliers that may affect the schedule of any photography.
You as the client must arrange the bookings and payments for location photography (if necessary). This is important especially in case of rain (eg hotel foyers, private premises etc) or where there are payments required to council for photography in the given location. All payments for booking any location are your responsibility and are not covered in any payment to Sue White Photography.
Package prices and specific inclusions are subject to change without notice. The cost of your package is locked in at the time you pay your 10% deposit. Once your deposit is paid no additional costs will be incurred other than what is owed.
All payments are non-refundable if the wedding is cancelled.
All wedding reschedules need to be made promptly in writing via email to admin@suewhitephotography.com at least 30-days prior to your wedding date.
Subject to future date availability rescheduling your wedding date due to pregnancy or because of Australian government enforced COVID-19 gathering restrictions and/or community quarantine lockdowns is available within 12-months of notification of wedding date change at no-charge or fee.
If your wedding is rescheduled past 12-months there is still no-charge or fee, but if packages prices have increased you will need to pay the difference between the old and current package pricing, as product prices may rise this far into the future. We will notify you if this change will happen or you are affected by any price rises.
Payments: A 10% non-refundable Booking Fee is required to secure your wedding day. This Booking Fee is to be paid via credit card at the Sue White Photography website.
The remaining 2 x payments are to be made by credit card or bank transfer within 7-days of the invoice being received.
A 50% payment is required 60-days prior to the wedding date.
The remaining 40% is due 30-days prior to the wedding day.
Pre-wedding photography session: Where your package includes the pre-wedding photography session, the session will only occur after the second installment of 50% has been received and is paid within 60-days of your wedding.
